1.Community and Parental Engagement

Not every parent has a smartphone or a degree—but every parent can be a teacher.
At Bhoomi Foundation, we make it easy. We send home fun learning kits, share real-life projects parents can do with their kids, and deliver bite-sized WhatsApp activities that don’t need apps, data, or English fluency.

From voice notes and rhymes, to colour-coded progress cards, everything is built for low-literacy, high-love households. Because when families learn together, everything changes.

2.Inclusive and Equitable Learning Support

Equity in education doesn’t begin in classrooms—it begins in the gaps.

In every village, every slum, every corner of a city, there are retired teachers, college students, and youth who want to give back. Bhoomi gives them a way.

We train them to become Community Learning Mentors—not formal teachers, but trusted supporters.

They help children with homework, clarify project tasks, and offer exam motivation when school alone isn’t enough.

Some do it from a school verandah.
Some do it under a tree.
Some send voice notes on WhatsApp.

But all of them show up.

With Bhoomi’s simple tools and training, these local mentors become role models. They build a neighbourhood learning ecosystem—one child, one session at a time.

And as they grow, so does the confidence of every learner they touch.
